Credits are scaled progressively during the book creation: every 10,000 words generated and at the end of the process. This allows you to monitor costs in real time.

❓ Do credits expire?

No! Your credits never expire and remain available in your account until you use them.

❓ Can I receive a refund?

Credits purchased are non-refundable, but you can always use them to create new books or translations at any time.

❓ What happens if credits run out during creation?

The system checks the balance before each operation. If credits are insufficient, you will receive a notification and can top up immediately. Your work is saved and you can resume where you left off.

❓ Why does non-fiction cost more?

Non-fiction books require more complex processing to ensure accuracy, logical structure and appropriate references. This reflects a slightly higher cost (1.5× compared to narrative).

❓ Can I purchase credits for someone else?

Currently credits are tied to a single account. For gifts or business uses, contact our support for customized solutions.
