Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Neuralis BookMaker (Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.

Neuralis Editions (we, our or Neuralis) reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be notified via email and/or on the site.

2. Description of the Service

Neuralis BookMaker is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to assist in book creation. The Service includes:

• Generation of concepts, plots and content for books
• Creation of covers and illustrations
• Export to DOCX, PDF and EPUB formats
• Temporary storage of generated content

3. User Account

3.1 Registration

To use the Service you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the security of your account and password.

3.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you declare that you meet this requirement.

3.3 One Account per Person

Each person may have only one account. Multiple accounts can be suspended or terminated.

4. Plans and Payments

4.1 Available Plans

• Free: 1 book/month, basic features, Neuralis watermark
• Starter (9.99/month): 5 books/month, no watermark
• Pro (24.99/month): 15 books/month, priority, Google Drive integration
• Business (49.99/month): 50 books/month, API access, dedicated support

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through PayPal. Renewal is automatic until cancellation.

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel the subscription at any time. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

4.4 Monthly Limits

Book limits reset each month on the subscription date. Unused books do not accumulate.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain 100% of the rights on all books and content that you create with Neuralis BookMaker. You can publish, sell, modify and distribute your books without restrictions and without royalties to Neuralis.

5.2 License to Neuralis

You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models or for other purposes.

5.3 Our Content

The Service, including software, design, logos and documentation, is owned by Neuralis Editions and protected by copyright.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Creating illegal, defamatory, or thirdparty rightsviolating content
• Generating pornographic, violent or hateinciting material
• Creating content that exploits minors in any way
• Violating thirdparty copyrights or trademarks
• Spam, phishing or malware distribution
• Attempting to circumvent Service limitations
• Reselling Service access without authorization
• Using bots or unauthorized automation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. AIGenerated Content

7.1 Nature of Content

Content is generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that the content is free of errors, unintentional plagiarism or inaccuracies.

7.2 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication. We recommend checking facts, citations and using antiplagiarism tools before publishing.

7.3 No Editorial Warranty

We do not provide editorial services, copyediting or factchecking. Content is provided as is.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be interrupted for:

• Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance when possible)
• Updates and improvements
• Forcemajeure causes
• Unexpected technical issues

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided as is without any warranty
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for loss of data, profits or commercial opportunities

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Neuralis Editions from any claim, damage or expense arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you create or publish
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of thirdparty rights

11. Termination

11.1 From Your Side

You can close your account at any time from settings or by contacting us.

11.2 From Our Side

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of the Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

11.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account closure, you will lose access to generated content. We recommend downloading your books before closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of Milan is competent unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Neuralis
• Severability: If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. Neuralis may assign to successors
